Professional mental health, trauma & addictions counseling

I’m glad you are reaching out to support your wellness … and your instinct that there is a path to feeling better. Counseling is as simple (and awe inspiring) as showing up for yourself and letting honesty and willingness come in the room with you. Counseling is the shared practice of sustaining contact with the present moment. Calm listening honors the difficult thought, emotion, and somatic (body) talk that is present throughout our day, week, lifetime of (mis)adventures.

The practice of recovery is a journey to recalibrating what behaviors, relationships, and tools are helpful to you right now. Counseling services provide professional guidance and feedback about the methods and practices that have the best results for your individual circumstances.

During the COVID-19 public health crisis, I am offering only Telehealth Therapy services – which I am very happy to introduce you too if you are curious about video counseling as an option for your lifestyle and therapy needs. I see clients Monday through Friday during daytime office hours – typically 8am-2pm.

I am an in network provider for:

  • Aetna

  • Regence

Fees are due at time of service and range from $165 – $200 per session. During times of acute crisis or stabilization, we may agree to add on a 30-minute phone session or extend your therapy time for $75. Insurance providers cover various crisis management needs and we will discuss these if applicable. I have limited sliding scale availability.

I provide relationship counseling and am affirming of choice in all forms. I have special interest and training in helping families who need addiction management supports and trauma recovery.

Payment is due at the time of service by a card on file or insurance services agreement. I use Simple Practice software to manage a HIPAA compliant paperless office with ease of secure video therapy, payment, scheduling and secure contact.
